Can Bearded Dragons Eat Timothy Hay?

Timothy grass or Timothy hay is an abundant perennial grass which is found across Europe. It is also known as meadow cat’s tail or common cat’s tail. It is said to be named after Timothy Hanson who was a farmer and agriculturalist from the United States in the early 18th century.

It is a common food for pets and is particularly popular with rodent pets such as guinea pigs.

So can bearded dragons eat Timothy hay?

Yes they can it is fine for them to eat. However, they can also eat timothy hay pellets which bearded dragon owners are also known to give to their pets.
