Tatsoi is a type of chinese cabbage that has glossy dark green leaves. It is also called spinach mustard, rosette bok chow or spinach mustard and is an Asian variety of Brassica rapa grown for greens. So can bearded dragons eat tatsoi at all?

They can eat tatsoi as part of a balanced diet. do bare in mind that young bearded dragons can only eat 30% vegetables as part of their diet and adults 70%. Dont feed them too much though and chop into pieces that they can consume, moderation is key.
