Moss is a flowerless green plant that is small and does not have true roots. It grows in low carpets or rounded clumps and is found in habitats that are typically damp and shady. The plants are made up of simple, one-cell thick leaves that cover a thin stem which gives them support. They measure between 1-10cm in length.
Moss reproduces by releasing spores from stalked capsules.
So can bearded dragons eat moss at all?
Unfortunately moss is not a food that bearded dragons can eat. It makes them sick and digesting it is difficult. A food to avoid.
