As you can see Jalapenos contain a lot of acidic content, with a disproportionate calcium:phosphorus ratio. They are also obviously very hot as well.

Unfortunately they are not good for dragons to eat due to their spicy nature, not to mention their acidic content. A food to definitely avoid.
