As you can see broccoli contains a calcium:phosphorus ratio of 1:0.7. The ideal ratio for a bearded dragon is between 1:1 and 2:1.

It contains a lot of vitamin K and a small amount of vitamin A. It also contains a lot of water.

This means that bearded dragons cant eat broccoli. If they have a nibble of it, they will be okay. But it shouldn’t be eaten by them as a staple food.

A food that is best avoided.
