Okra is also known as Okro or ladies fingers,bhindi, bamia, ochro or gumbo, is a flowering plant in the mallow family.
It has edible green seed pods and it is often cultivated in subtropical, tropical and warm temperate regions across the world.
It is used and prepared in a number of different culinary dishes across the world.
So can bearded dragons eat okra at all?

In particular, their acidic, calcium, phosphorus, water, protein, fat, sugar, and fibre content is of most interest when it comes to bearded dragons.
Another thing of importance is the calcium:phosphorus ratio as for every part phosphorus, there needs to be another part calcium if not more. From 1:1 to 2:1 is ideal as far as bearded dragons are concerned.

As you can see okra has a large amount of acidic content and a lot of water content
This means it is not great for bearded dragons to eat, they can have little of it on an occasional basis but nothing more than that. There are much better foods to give to bearded dragon.
